COLOR COATED STEEL

The pre-painted galvanized steel, also known as color coated galvanized steel, is manufactured by applying organic coatings to hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet after chemical treatment of the substrate. 

The production line of our company introduces a complete production process of 2C/2B (two-times coating and two-times baking) to apply two primary coatings and two finished coatings on both sides of the steel sheet. In addition, the two 60m-long ovens of the line adopt an electric heating air circulation system to allow the coatings to be properly baked. Therefore, our production line can meet the demand for the production of mid to high-grade products such as roofing sheets, sandwich panels, wall cladding panels, etc.
